Announcement for launch of FOREIGN REMITTANCE Web Support+ (plus)
The Foreign Remittance Web support+ (below stated Web Support+) which supports ISO20022, will be released in Jul 2024 as a successor system of Web support.
You can prepare the APPLICATION FOR REMITTANCE WITH DECLARATION (below stated APPLICATION) on Web support+ before visiting our branch and you can access Web support+ from some devices, Smart phone and Tablet.
Web support+ service is also available in English.
【Remarks】
For applying foreign remittance to MUFG, you need to prepare APPLICATION via Web support+, to cope with increased volume of information required under ISO20022.
After input into Web support+, you can download the APPLICATION and its copy via PDF.
It is necessary for you to print it out and visit our designated branch office which accepts foreign remittance in Japan to proceed foreign remittance.
We recommend that you make reservation before visiting our branch office, "Reservation" can be made via following link.
We will start examining its contents after accepting your APPLICATION at our branch office, so it will take at least 3 business days to proceed your remittance.
After accepting your APPLICATION, there are some cases in which we might contact you for confirming your information and/or input data.
Also, we might request you to visit our branch office again at a later date.
Especially, if you plan to leave Japan and will be difficult to revisit our branch office, please apply us well in advance.
