Syndicated Loan

In loan syndication, MUFG Bank offers financing solutions to our global clientele of corporates, financial institutions, and sovereigns. We provide the borrower with access to a pool of liquidity funds from multiple investors using our global network.
With the credit risk diversified across multiple investors, our clients are supplemented with larger funding compared to the standard bilateral bank loan. Our product offerings ranges from plain vanilla bank facilities to more complex specialized financing.

Cross Border Syndicated Loan

Cross Border Syndicated Loan is one of the financing methods for clients with exposures to overseas business. In Cross Border Loan Syndication, we link borrowers with overseas investors to provide borrower with an access to overseas funding. Working Capital Solution

Securitization

Securitization is a sales of assets from our client (the "Seller"), typically to a bankruptcy-remote SPV which is funded by MUFG Bank or its ABCP Conduits. Our customers may achieve a cost-efficient funding and other various benefits with Securitization solutions.

Account Receivables Purchases Scheme ("ARPS")

ARPS is a type of working capital financing, whereby MUFG Bank purchase trade receivables at a discount from our customer (the "Seller"), on a non recourse basis in a manner of legal true-sale. The receivables are owed by pre-agreed obligors which are customers of MUFG.

Supply Chain Finance

Supply Chain Finance is a purchase of trade receivables from the suppliers which supply goods or services to customers of MUFG Bank. Supply Chain Finance enhances the efficiency in working capital financing for both our customers and their suppliers. Customers will benefit from improved payment terms, while suppliers may enjoy an accelerated cash conversion of trade receivables.

ISO 20022 Adoption and Migration for Cross-Border Payments
