Personal Information Protection Policy

  1. We acquire personal information from customers (our business partners) for the following purposes. We will use the personal information for disclosed purpose and not for any other purpose. In addition, the provision of acquired personal information to third parties shall be limited to the extent agreed upon in the contract with the customer. In other cases, the provision of personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned shall not be made in principle.

  • To confirm that the customer is the person himself/herself, and to confirm the conformity of laws and regulations in transactions before making a contract with the customer.

  • Restricting access to personal information databases to be managed in a secure environment.
  • Thorough employee education on the protection of personal information.
  1. We handle personal information in compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
  1. When we outsource the handling of personal information, we will make a contract with subcontractor to ensure the proper handling of personal information. We will monitor the subcontractor for implementation of proper handling of personal information based on contract.

If you request disclosure of retained personal information (Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.), please contact us via the contact point who acquired your personal information. Based on the instructions of our Information Management Officer, we will respond appropriately without delay after confirmation of identity of the person.
