GCMS Plus サービス規定

  1. GCMS Plusによって提供されるサービスについては、以下のGCMS Plusサービス規定（GCMS Plus Terms and Conditions）が適用されます。

    GCMS Plusサービス規定（GCMS Plus Terms and Conditions）

    ただし、MUFG Bank (Europe)ドイツ拠点と契約があるお客さまについては、5月31日までは以下の改定前のGCMS Plusサービス規定（GCMS Plus Terms and Conditions）が適用されます。
    お客さまに変更を事前にお知らせする必要があるドイツ拠点の規制に則って掲示しています。
    ご不明な点がございましたら、ドイツ拠点までお問合せください。2024年5月31日までにご連絡がない場合、またはISO20022準拠の送金依頼を実施いただいた時点で、上記の改訂されたサービス規定に同意されたものとみなします。

  2. 上記1に加え、取引拠点（*）に応じ、以下のとおりGCMS Plus個別規定が適用されます。

    取引拠点とは、本件サービスの対象となる口座および情報を保有し、本件サービスの対象となる取引を行う銀行の本支店その他の取引拠点（取引拠点としての契約拠点を含む）を意味します。
