Notice about fraudulent use of Mitsubishi name (Mitsubishi Finance)

We would like to notify you of certain fraudulent use of the “Mitsubishi” name in the form of "Mitsubishi Finance".
We have recently become aware of scams involving the fraudulent promotion of investment into certain stocks, using a fictitious corporate name of "Mitsubishi Finance".
"Mitsubishi Finance" is in no way associated with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.
The fictitious name "Mitsubishi Finance" has been used fraudulently without the knowledge of or consent from any of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group companies and Mitsubishi Group companies.
We urge caution and appreciate your understanding.
