    • Q.Do I need to perform any initial setup to start using the mobile site?

      A.No, you don't need to perform any initial setup. However, the user privileges and bank accounts that can be inquired about using the mobile site are the same as those of the desktop site, so please perform necessary setup using the desktop site.

    • Q.Can I use the mobile site with mobile devices other than smart phones?

      A.The mobile site can be used only with smart phones.You can use GCMS Plus with tablets, but the screen layout and functions will be the same as those of the desktop site.

    • Q.Can I use browser features such as back and forward buttons, tab switching, or tap and hold of links and icons on my mobile browser?

      A.No, browser features such as back and forward buttons, tab switching, or tap and hold of links and icons cannot be used.

    • Q.Can I move between pages by swiping the screen?

      A.No, moving between pages cannot be done by swiping the screen. Please use the back button (back) to the left of the hamburger menu button or use "Back to ~" button located at the bottom of the page.

    • Q.Can I change the display language in the middle of a task?

      A.You can change the display language in the middle of a task by tapping the hamburger menu button ( hamburger menu button ) in the upper left section of the screen for mobile Home page and Account Balances page. For Approval page, the display language cannot be changed in the middle of the task. Please make sure you select the language that you wish to use at Mobile Approval Top page before you start your approval process.

    • Q.How do I switch the user when there are multiple user IDs available?

      A.Return to the mobile Home page, tap "Account Balances pulldown", or "Approval pulldown", and then select the user account you want to switch to. You can do the same by tapping the hamburger menu button( hamburger menu button )in the upper left section of the screen, and then tapping the plus/mins button( + / - )to the right of "Account Balances" or "Approval".

    • Q.Can I download inquiry results from mobile site?

      A.No, inquiry results cannot be downloaded from the mobile site, whether it be in CSV or text format. Please download inquiry results from the desktop site.

    • Q.Can I use the mobile site to approve items that are awaiting approval?

      A.Items for which the number of Waiting for Approval in the To Do List are displayed with a red background can be approved from the mobile site. For others, please use the desktop site to approve the items.

    • Q.If I log in to the mobile site on with my PC, can I switch to the PC site?

      A.It can be switched by selecting "Separate window PC Site" to the right of the To Do List on the mobile Home page.

    • Q.How do I view downloaded files?

      A.Tap the "File download ( download button )" button, tap "Save As" in the dialog box, save it to your smartphone, and then open the file. There may be a case where you cannot proceed with the operation if you select "Open" in the dialog box, depending on your smartphone device. Please be aware that you will have to start from the mobile Home page in such case.

    • Q.How do I add/delete favorite accounts to/from Favorite Accounts?

      A.You can add or delete favorite accounts by tapping the star button ( star button ) on the Account Balances page.

    • Q.What is the maximum number of accounts that will be shown on one page for Favorite Account Balance?

      A.All accounts that are registered as Favorite Account will be shown on one page.

    • Q.How do I edit the nickname for an account?

      A.Tap the edit button ( edit button ) for the account, edit the nickname, and then tap the "Set" button.

    • Q.What is the maximum number of accounts that will be shown on one page for Account Balances?

      A.20 accounts will be shown on one page. Should there be more, tap the right-pointing arrow ( pagenext button ) at the bottom of the page to display them.

    • Q.How do I set the filter conditions for the Transaction List?

      A.Tap the filter button ( filter button ) to the left of "Transaction List", set the filter conditions, and then tap the "Set" button.

    • Q.Can I change the order of the transactions in the Transaction List?

      A.Yes, you can change the order of the transactions. Tap the filter button ( filter button ), select the type of order from the dropdown list below "Sort", and then tap the "Set" button.

    • Q.Can I use previously set filtering conditions as the default conditions?

      A.No, because filtering conditions cannot be saved. Please set the filtering conditions again.

    • Q.What is the maximum number of transactions that will be shown on one page for Transaction List under account inquiry?

      A.20 transactions will be shown on one page. Should there be more, tap the right-pointing arrow ( pagenext button ) at the bottom of the page to display them.

    • Q.If I tap "Select All" in the instruction list, can I select all instructions across multiple pages?

      A.If "Select All" is tapped, only the instructions on the displayed page is checked. For instructions on other pages, tap "Select All" again after the page transition.

    • Q.How do I set the filter conditions for the Instruction List?

      A.For the menu in which "Search Criteria" is displayed at the top of the instruction list, specify the search conditions and tap the "Search" button.

    • Q.Can I change the order of the instructions in the Instruction List?

      A.For the menu in which "Order" is displayed at the top of the Instruction List, it is possible to sort the Instruction List. Tap the button of the condition you want to sort.

    • Q.What is the maximum number of transactions that will be shown on one page for Transaction List for each payment menu?

      A.Under "Tax Payment", "Time Deposit", and "File Transfer," all instructions will be shown on one page. Under other payment menus, 200 instructions will be shown on one page. Should there be more, tap the right-pointing arrow ( pagenext button ) at the page bottom to display them.

      A.It is possible to sort the Approval Flow List. Tap the button of the condition you want to sort under "Order".

    • Q.What is the maximum number of approval flows that will be shown on one page for Approval Flow List?

      A.20 approval flows will be shown on one page. Should there be more, tap the right-pointing arrow ( pagenext button ) at the bottom of the page to display them.

      A.It is possible to sort the Payments and Transfers Beneficiary List. Tap the button of the condition you want to sort under "Order". UK Low Value Payment Beneficiary Template List cannot be sorted.

    • Q.What is the maximum number of items that will be shown on one page for Payments and Transfers Beneficiary Master List and UK Low Value Payment Beneficiary Template List?

      A.Under "UK Low Value Payment Beneficiary Template List", all beneficiary templates will be shown on one page. Under "Payments and Transfers Beneficiary Master List", 200 beneficiary masters will be shown on one page. Should there be more, tap the right-pointing arrow ( pagenext button ) at the page bottom to display them.
