  1. The following GCMS Plus Terms and Conditions will apply to the Services provided by GCMS Plus:

    Except for customers with contracts with MUFG Bank (Europe) Germany to which the following previous version of the above GCMS Plus Terms and Conditions still apply until 31st of May 2024 in accordance with the regulation in Germany where bank is required to pre-notify customer of the change.
    In case you have any questions or further queries, please kindly reach out to your relationship manager in MUFG Bank (Europe) Germany.
    If we do not hear from you until 31st of May 2024, or you have conducted payments in ISO20022 format before this date, it is our understanding that you do not have any objections to these minor changes and are deemed to have accepted these changes.

  2. In addition to the foregoing, the GCMS Plus Local Rules will be applicable depending on the Servicing Office* as follows:

    *Servicing Office means each of the head office, branches and other places of business of the Bank (including the Contracting Office as Servicing Office) which holds the accounts and information and engages in the transactions in relation to the Services.
