When the login screen does not display correctly


When the login screen does not display correctly, clearing your browser's cache may resolve the issue.
Please follow the steps below to clear your browser's cache.
Before proceeding, please confirm with your company's system administrator that this action will not cause any issues.

  (1) Click Settings and more from the toolbar and then select Settings.

  (2) Click Privacy, search, and services.

  (3) Click Choose what to clear.

  (4) Tick Browsing history and Cached images and files. Then, click Clear now.

  (1) Click Customize and control Google Chrome and more from the toolbar and then select Delete browsing data.

  (2) Select All time and Tick Browsing history and Cached images and files. Then, click Delete data.
