Access denied error message:
"The credential provided were invalid!"
SecurID® package received is unsealed or seems to have been unsealed.
Damaged, defective or lost SecurID® Card

When you call Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Internet Access Helpdesk, you will be asked to provide the following information for verification of your identity.

Access ID : As shown in your SecurID starter's package.
PIN : As stated in "BTMU-GCMS Customer Information Sheet" you submitted to BTMU.
Serial No : As shown on the back of your SecurID® Card.
