Q1. What action shall I take when " E2056: If charges account is the same as settlement account, please set blank in charges account." appears on the Money Transfer Template Creation screen?
A1. Leave blank (unselected) if the Charges Account No.set is the same as your Settlement Account No./Name. Fill in this field only if you wish to specify any account number other than your Settlement Account No./Name.
Q2. What action shall I take when "E1992: Please click "Set" button after selecting an item from the list" appears on the Money Transfer Template Creation screen?
A2. If you select pre-registered information from a pull-down list of options, you must click the "Set" button next to the field.
Q3. What action shall I take when " E1508: This data in this field is incompatible. Please input into the column for only A, C or D option items selected respectively." appears on the Money Transfer Template Creation screen?
A3. If you select one desired method from 3-options D, A, C, please enter your beneficiary bank information on related fields.
D option, "Bank/Branch/Address" field.
A option, "Bank SWIFT BIC" field.
C option, "Bank National Clearing Code" field.
