Q1. What action shall I take when the error message "Invalid username or password. Please re-enter your user information." appears on the Authentication 1 Screen?
A1. Any of Access ID and Password may be incorrect. Please enter again after confirming your correct credentials. If this error message appears again, please contact BTMU Internet Access helpdesk. ⇒Helpdesk and User Support
Q2. What action shall I take when the error message "E3210: Incorrect data has been entered." appears on the Authentication 2 Screen?
A2. Any of Customer ID, Customer Password, User ID, and User Password is, or all of them are incorrect. Please enter again after confirming your correct user credentials. If this error message appears again, please contact BTMU-GCMS Helpdesk. ⇒Helpdesk and User Support
Q3. What action shall I take when the error message "E3300: This User has been locked out." appears on the Authentication 2 Screen?
A3. If you are an Administrator or an Administrator with user privileges, please submit a prescribed application to your BTMU Branch/Office. If you are a User, ask your Administrators to reset password.
